Pick up your order from our pick-up point in St. Petersburg. Free.
The pick-up point is located in the very heart of the city, close to the Moskovsky Railway Station.
We deliver your orders to the pick-up point twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
This shipping and delivery method works best if you live in St. Petersburg or know when you are going to be there and place your order in advance so that we have plenty of time to deliver your prints to the pick-up point.

N.B.: The printing lab is closed on weekends. To deliver your order to the pick-up point on Tuesday, we need to receive it between Thursday evening and early Monday morning. If you want to pick up your art on Friday, make sure that you place your order between Monday and Tuesday morning.

Your art will be delivered to you within 2–4 days after payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. The courier services operate
between 10 am and 6 pm daily, except Saturdays and Sundays. For more detailed information on your delivery, please contact the courier service you have selected and give them the tracking number from our shipment confirmation e-mail.
Note: The courier does not require to see your ID. You can have the art delivered to any address you choose, for instance, a framing shop or the reception desk at a business centre or hotel, where anyone can pick it up for you between 10 am and 6 pm.
• Once you have paid for your prints, we shall send an order confirmation e-mail and the Yandex receipt to the account you have submitted to the website.
• Immediately after that, the order will be sent on to the printing shop and, when it is ready, we shall hand it over to the courier.
• Once the waybill has been drawn up and the prints have been received by the courier, we shall send the shipment number confirmation to your e-mail account. We usually do that in the afternoon.
